I AM A SALESPERSON!" I don't mean to shout, but sales experience is rare among realtors. Outside, straight commissioned sales has been my life since I graduated from college in 1986, over 20 years ago.  There is no greater motivator than if you don't do the job, you don't get paid.  I bring this agressive strategy to the table, whether marketing your home for sale, or negotiating on your behalf as a buyer's agent.  While I enjoyed the concept of "selling", I longed for an environment where I could stay in touch with my clients, year after year.  As a resident of Northwest Columbus  for 15 years I am "sold" on the benefits of home ownership!  There is no greater sense of accomplishment than helping a family or individual find a home and neighborhood where they can build equity and make many happy memories."
